Nuernberg Brauhaus is a family owned and operated restaurant in Pflugerville that offers authentic german southern bavarian specialties.

"Back to the Basics" is their motto. Chef Sonja only prepares our dishes with fresh products. Chef Sonja owned several eateries in Nuernberg Germany and was quite successful but it was always a dream of hers and her daughter Silke's to have a restaurant in Pflugerville, Texas. Their goal is to provide delicious, fresh, authentic german food and a great atmosphere for the whole family.
