General Release of Liability*
The participant in a Tejas Miata Club event jointly and severally hearby forever release, discharge, acquit, and forgive Tejas Miata Club of Austin including Directors, Club Officers, and Event Leaders (unless directly involved in the said accident) from any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, agreements, and each of them, if more than one, liabilities, judgements, and proceedings related to or arriving from any incident resulting in vehicular damage or personal injury during any club event. Held on any day of the year sponsored in whole or part by Tejas Miatas of Austin. This release shall be binding upon electronic consent and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns, and personal representatives. Please provide your name in the field below:
